We made potato bread today for St Patrick’s Day and have shared the recipe with our Grade 1 friends in Larne Elementary in Clover, S Carolina. 🇺🇸☘️
We had good fun, the potato bread dough was very sticky and we had to use a lot of flour to make it easier to knead, roll out and cut! We all helped make it, we all tasted it and most of us liked it. A few weren’t so sure! We had enough dough left to share with P4 who all had some too.
