P5 have been busy learning what life was like in Ancient Egyptian times. This included finding out how tricky it can be to work out what strange artefacts are used for or to translate hieroglyphs. We had made the game Senet, played by Ancient Egyptian children, had a treasure hunt and finished with a picnic with some of the foods Ancient Egyptians would have eaten, though fig rolls replaced figs!
We had a great day.
