Primary 2 took some time each day over the week to read and discuss stories relating to feelings and how they affect mental health. The main theme running through the stories was how important it is to talk to someone. They also had the chance to participate in some relaxation activities and watched the start of ‘Inside Out’ to introduced to emotions.
